In this price list, we present you with quotes for the construction of our proprietary designs from 40, 50, 60, 65, 80 and 100 m2.
OptiHouses - buildings with Keramikplatte construction clad with fibre-cement board (!) on both sides - and rock wool insulation. Partition U-value 0.11–0.16 | EP below 50 kWh/(m²·year).

Thanks to the use of pure expanded clay in the external walls, the interior spaces exhibit high thermal stability. The acoustics of the external partitions match those of ceramic buildings. Daily temperature fluctuations are very low, meaning heating and air conditioning systems operate in standby mode for most of the time.
Shell stage scope - includes the cost of construction works - foundation slab, external wall construction with expanded clay - structural timber (cross-section 12cm×5cm) sheathed on external surfaces with fibre-cement board (!) on both sides, partition wall construction, roof truss.
Externally finished house scope* – standing seam metal roofing with roof flashings and guttering, facade insulation with rock wool (20 cm) with render, windows and external doors with external window sills.
