The scope of cooperation and price confirmation is defined by contract. All promotions are valid until withdrawal of this price list. This price list is temporary – promotional.

This price list does not constitute a binding offer. A binding offer is prepared individually, after reviewing the conditions of the plot where the construction will take place.

The warranty on Opti building construction is 25 years provided that construction continues immediately after completion of the open shell state – detailed warranty information is included in the personalized contract.

Timelines. Formalities take up to 120 business days from contract signing. Construction takes an additional 30-60 business days. We guarantee price stability in contracts.
